Grown without synthetic fertiliser or pesticides on an award-winning tea farm. The amber liquor has a shifting flavour profile. It is creamy with notes of Japanese sweet potato and mirin that moves to an earthy burdock aftertaste. The second infusion brings a hint of nectarine. Recommended without milk or sugar in order to enjoy its complex flavor.
