“Change / cancellation” of order contents after payment is complete can not be accepted.
Returns / Changing orders 返品
As a result of a customer mistake (example: wrong product / wrong quantity), order changes, returns, and refunds are not possible.
If the product you ordered is different from the product which arrives, please contact us within 7 days from the product shipping date. We will provide a full refund of the product price and shipping fee.
Order has not been delivered 配達不能
Due to long-term absence, receipt refusal, address errors, etc., the customer did not accept the package delivery before the shipping company’s storage deadline (about one week), we will dispose of the product for food hygiene retention.
Please note, at that time, we will charge the full amount of the product price.
