Avocado Soy Milk Cream Stew

This healthy soy milk stew is made even healthier by using tofu meat as the main ingredient. And it goes great with avocado!

30 g Tofu meat Appropriate amount Seasonal vegetables (in this case turnips, makomo, shiitake mushrooms) 1/2 Avocado 300 ml Soy milk 1 tbsp Vegetable bouillon 1 tsp Miso to taste Salt & pepper 1 tbsp Olive oil

Let's get started


Put olive oil in a pan and saute vegetables cut into bite-size pieces.


When vegetables are cooked, add soy milk, miso, and vegetable bouillon and bring to a simmer.


Stir in the to-fu meat and avocado cut into bite-size pieces.


Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add aroma with thyme, etc.
