Dice the tomato and put into sauce pan. Cover tomato with hot sauce.
Cook on medium-low heat until the tomato softens and sauce is steaming.
Use a lightly oiled frying pan to fry the tortillas until they become crispy.
Put the crispy tortillas on a plate.
Fry the two eggs and season to taste.
Place eggs on top of the tortillas.
Pour the sauce on top.
Optional - top with your favorite cheese.
