3 Spring roll skins 60 g Tofu meat 1/2 bag Bean sprouts 3 Mustard leaves (you can use your favorite leafy greens) 3 Fresh figs 2 drops Sesame oil to taste Salt & pepper [Tare] 2 tsp Peanut butter 1 tsp Broad bean chili paste 1 tsp Soy sauce 10 ml Soy milk 1 tsp Date syrup

Lightly heat the tofu meat.

Saute bean sprouts with salt and pepper.

Slice the figs.

Soak the spring roll skins in water.

Lay the skin on a table and place the figs, then the mustard leaves, then the tofu meat, then the bean sprouts.

After wrapping the spring rolls, place them on a plate.

Make the sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and voila!
