100 g Tofu meat 2 balls Chinese noodles 30 g Bean sprouts 6 Bok choy 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Ketchup 1 tsp Hatchō miso 1 tbsp Brown rice vinegar 1 tbsp White sesame paste 1 tsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Canola oil to taste Sichuan pepper to taste Chili threads to taste Sansho to taste Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon Chili oil to taste Sesame seeds
