Peel the taro and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Lightly oil a frying pan, add a little water, and steam for about 7 minutes.
When the taro is cooked, put it on a plate.
Put the tofu meat, ginger and soy sauce in a frying pan and cook.
Put kudzu powder and 200 ml of water in a cup and dissolve it.
Put (5) in a frying pan and simmer until it is clear.
Once it starts to thicken, turn off the heat and adjust the taste with salt.
Add to the taro and it's done!
