Vegan Cheese Pizza

Willicroft style plant-based pizza, made for cheese lovers. In this recipe, we use Jackfruit as a vegan alternative for meat, which has a similar texture. You can find variations of canned jackfruit on Amazon. It’s unlikely that you will find this fruit in the regular store as the fruit hasn’t really established itself in Japan yet. However, it is very nutritious and gives you a similar satisfaction as eating meat. So please don’t hesitate to try it.


  • 1 piece of pizza dough (19-24 cm)
  • 1 can of Jackfruit
  • 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Tomato sauce (appropriate amount)
  • Spinach leaves (appropriate amount)
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Italian spice (appropriate amount)
  • This is not Grated Cheese (appropriate amount)
  • Coriander (to your taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
