1 bag Panic Meat Sauce 4 leaves lettuce 8 cherry tomato 2 bowl brown rice 1 tsp curry powder 1 dash chili powder your presence soy milk mayonnaise your preference lemon slice

Cut the lettuce into 1 cm pieces, and cut the cherry tomatoes into bite-sized wedges.

Put the meat sauce, curry powder, chili powder and other spices in a heat-resistant container, mix, wrap and heat in the microwave (500w) for about 2 minutes.
