Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the stems out of the mushrooms. Chop green onions into small pieces.
In a bowl, break up Willicroft Greek White into small pieces using your hands. Add pesto and green onions. Mash and mix together.
Fill the mushrooms with the cheese + pesto + onion mixture.
Place stuffed mushrooms into the oven. Bake until they begin to brown on the top. Remove and enjoy!
