Does Willicroft taste like normal cheese?

Willicroft is not here to replicate dairy cheese, although most of the products do have an uncanny similarity! The Willicroft mission is to create delicious plant-based products that fulfill the same use-case as many loved dairy options but in a more environmental and nutritional way. We want dairy and non-dairy eaters to be able to pick up our products and feel satisfied by the delicious taste!

Is Willicroft healthy?

Willicroft plant-based products are made of many nutritionally dense ingredients, making them a healthy dairy-free option for dairy product lovers! The base ingredients of our products are nuts and tofu, which both contain higher amounts of ‘good’ monounsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats than ‘bad’ saturated fats (which you find in far larger amounts in animal-based dairy products).

Does Willicroft melt?

The melt-ability of dairy cheese is something that’s tough to replicate when using 100% natural ingredients – but the Willicroft food scientists are currently working hard on an oozy, gooey cheese that’ll satisfy this craving!

How do I store Willicroft products?

We recommend storing the closed or open containers in the fridge – and give yourself a big pat on the back for your restraint!

Can I use Willicroft the same way I use dairy cheese?

Hell yeah! We don’t want anyone to miss out on those important cheese moments, so all of our products can be used just like their dairy counterparts – and in some instances, like the Cheese Sauce, they have a lot more uses! Check out our recipes for some eating inspiration.
